Custom Made Kitchen Knives

As a knife enthusiast, I kept finding myself wanting custom-made chef knives made out of specialty steels that would last for generations. As a current student, I knew the only way I was going to be able to afford something like that was to make my own. I was on my fifth knife when people started sending me messages about custom knives, and half the knives that aren't even done are already spoken for. I had finally found a hobby that I not only enjoy but might actually be a financial contributor rather than a typical drain on my finances. Keep checking this page to get first notice of what's available and when.

High Performing Steels

Right now I am currently making knives in 80CRV2 high carbon steel, AEB-L stainless steel, and some rare super-steels like CPM Magnacut. Each has its own pros and cons but are all top-notch knife steels depending on the application.

Rare and Exotic Handle Materials

My goal when making a knife is to create something unlike any other out there, and that will last for multiple generations. Whether it be through one-of-a-kind exotic pieces of burl wood for the handles or specialty composites that make a statement. Rather than people saying "I have that same Wusthof or Henckels" they will be asking what yours is and where you got it.
